The Australian priest claimed that there are many others like him and
that he pitied those “sacrificing” priests around the world who are
denying themselves a relationship.
Double life: Father Kevin Lee has surprised his
congregation by revealing that he has been married for a year despite
having taken a vow of celibacy A Catholic priest has stunned his congregation by admitting he has been secretly married for a year. Father Kevin Lee claims he is lifting the lid on a widespread
phenomenon among clergymen across the world, and insists: 'There are
more like me'. Despite all priests having to take a vow of celibacy, Australian Fr Lee has been living a double life with his wife Josephina.
He told Australia's 7News: 'So I've fallen in love and
I've got married and it's outside of most people's awareness, but I'm
sure people within the church could have had a suspicion.' Following his televised revelations - and his plans to expand on them
in a forthcoming book - he has been removed from his position and has
since been excommunicated. Fr Lee, a priest for 20 years, said he made little effort to keep his
relationship under wraps after he met Josephina in the Philippines and
married her in secret. He said: 'People in the hierarchy probably knew or were prepared to turn a blind eye.'
he head of the diocese, Bishop Anthony Fisher, denied Lee's claim that
most priests live double lives and that the hierarchy knew of his
marriage.
Secret: Fr Lee, a priest for 20 years, said he
made little effort to keep his relationship under wraps after he met
Josephina in the Philippines and married her in secret
But it is with the public's views, rather than those of the church, that Fr Lee's concerns lie.
The priest explained: 'That's one of the reasons that's motivated me
to make public my admission that I'm one of those people who's been a
pretender: To draw to the attention of the public that there are more
like me, in fact most of them.'
He said the pretence of celibacy also helps paedophile priests remain
undetected, and hopes his coming clean will help stop the church
'systematically covering up generational abuse'.
Revelation: Father Lee's wife Josephina who he
married a year ago. The priest said the pretence of celibacy helps
paedophile priests remain undetected
Fr Lee said his announcement would come as a shock to many of his parishioners in Glenmore Park, Sydney.
But he was determined that his fellow priests should not have to
sacrifice the chance to have a relationship and is calling for the
Catholic church to do away with the requirement for celibacy.
The head of the local diocese, Bishop Anthony Fisher, denied that double lives are common among the Catholic clergy.
He said: 'As Father Kevin is aware, by his actions he can no longer
operate as a priest and as a result I will immediately be appointing an
administrator to Padre Pio parish.'

HB 5734 an Act Defining the Crime of Sexual Infidelity
The House Committee on Women and Gender Equality has endorsed for plenary action on House Bill 5734 which also eliminates gender bias in laws penalizing the crimes of adultery and concubinage.
HB 5734, an Act Defining the Crime of Sexual Infidelity, is a consolidation of five bills filed by Deputy Speaker Ma. Isabelle Climaco; Susan Yap (LP, Tarlac); Josephine Veronique Lacson Noel (LP, Malabon-Navotas); Teddy Brawner Baguilat (LP, Ifugao); and Linabelle Ruth Villarica (LP, Bulacan).
The bill defines sexual infidelity as an act committed by any legally married person who shall have sexual intercourse with another person other than his or her legal spouse.
Lacson-Noel said HB 5734 does not exempt a person whose marriage has been subsequently declared void.
However, the crime cannot be prosecuted by anybody except upon the complaint of the offended spouse.
''The bill aims to protect the institution of marriage,'' the neophyte solon said.
Lacson-Noel said the bill also eliminates the disparity between the penalties imposed by existing laws on the crimes of concubinage and adultery.
Under Article 333 of the Revised Penal Code, adultery is committed by a married woman who engages in sexual intercourse with a man not her husband. Offenders are punishable by prision correccional, a maximum jail term of six years.
On the other hand, Article 333 of RPC metes out on the offender a penalty of destierro or banishment from the community where the couple lives for a certain period of time.
HB 5734 treats the two crimes as the same acts that constitute sexual infidelity.
A penalty of prision correccional in its maximum period will be imposed upon a person who is found guilty of keeping a ''paramour in the conjugal dwelling.''
On the other hand, if cohabitation takes place in a location other than the house of the legally married couple, the penalty will be prision correccional in its medium period.
Lawmakers proposed that an offended party can no longer file charges against the alleged offender if the former is also guilty of sexual infidelity or had abandoned the guilty spouse without just cause for more than one year.

Holy Week Scandal
A girl posing in a sexual manner at the cross during holy week going viral , people of faith and even those who are not Christians are outraged with the lack of decency and respect of some people.
The long weekend had already past but seems that someone leave a print that has been publish online .It's now circulating on leading social network that was shared and commented thousand times. Now, please caption this photo.
My friend and I got into a discussion because of the picture and the reactions of people with this picture. So what are my thoughts?
1. I think what the girl did was not wise and was very disrespectful but I think she didn’t have a clue that it is so.
She might have thought it was cool to do such stunt without really thinking about what her actions implied or how others would feel. I think her picture represents us. When this picture was posted in FB and Twitter – a barrage of curses was hurled against her. You could feel the hatred and the anger of the people for such an act. They wanted this girl to be punished for what she has done.
The people wanted justice for the sin that was committed. We were offended. I was offended but at the same breath I realized that…
2. The real offended party here are not the people who are ready to nail the girl at the cross because of her “blasphemous” act but Jesus and all of us are guilty of sinning and rebelling against Jesus.
Once you understand the message of the cross and what Christ accomplished at the cross, you wouldn’t even do something like the what the girl did. On the other hand, if you understand the cross, you will also not heap hatred on the girl who posed on the cross. Why? Because what the girl did is just the representation of our sinful nature. It is actually a picture of me without God’s grace.
And my friend Dodge observed,
“And what the people who cursed at her did is also a reflection of the sinful nature. Kasi, we tend to see things in this dichotomy, the offender and the offended. Nakakalimutan natin tingnan ( we forget to see) if the offended offended the offender too? Because we want things fair, when we get offended, we want the offender to get punished. Whether or not we offend him/her too. That’s the difference, kasi God is just — He sees each of us, independently of whether we are offenders or offended. Kasi ang nakikita niya yung sin. ( Because what we see is the sin).
At the end of the day, only one has the right to be offended and that is Christ. And he has the right to be offended with the girl, the people who cursed the girl, the unrighteous and the self-righteous, the religious and the irreligious.
And this is where the love and the grace of God comes in. It is when we realize that we are even at our best no heavenly good and that God in spite of our rebellion choose to send His son to die for us and forgive us is what really transforms me.
Romans 3:25-26 25 For God presented Jesus as the sacrifice for sin. People are made right with God when they believe that Jesus sacrificed his life, shedding his blood. This sacrifice shows that God was being fair when he held back and did not punish those who sinned in times past, 26 for he was looking ahead and including them in what he would do in this present time. God did this to demonstrate his righteousness, for he himself is fair and just, and he declares sinners to be right in his sight when they believe in Jesus.
The more I read and re-read this verse it makes me cry because of God’s amazing love for me. Thank you Jesus for choosing to save a sinner like me. Thank you because you first loved us.

Katrina Halili pregnant by Kris Lawrence
She first learned that she’s pregnant in February. Katrina said Kris was very happy with the news but at the same time felt so useless because the actress didn’t wanna see him while she was “naglilihi.” She only wanted to cook all day and luckily never experienced the normal nausea and vomiting that other women experience during the first few months of pregnancy.
Despite the reports that the two have separated ways after Katrina got involved in the Hayden Kho scandal back in 2009, the sexy actress revealed in an interview with Ricky Lo that Kris has always been there for her.
It was in 2008 when Katrina and Kris went public with their relationship. The R&B singer even formally introduced Katrina to his family during a short vacation in the US in 2009. That same year, however, they broke up when Katrina got involved in the much talked about scandal.
But despite confirming the breakup, Kris still talked fondly of Katrina back then. He even admitted that they almost got married before they broke up in 2009.
During the interview with Ricky Lo, Katrina admitted that while she and Kris indeed separated for a short while, they decided to keep their reconciliation private to avoid further controversies.
But are they getting married now that they are again out with their relationship and with an unborn as the fruit of their love?
“Hindi pa kami handa,” Katrina told Ricky Lo. They don’t want to rush things just because she became pregnant.
Katrina also said that she indeed asked to be removed from My Beloved because she wanted to take care of herself and the baby she’s conceiving. The production, though, wouldn’t allow her because they need her for the character. It’s just okay for her to stay, though, but she doesn’t wanna be staying up late.
Good thing her character in My Beloved is also pregnant so her tummy won’t be a problem even if gets bigger as the days go by.
The singer has said he will take full responsibility for Halili and the unborn child, although not walking down the aisle to get married anytime soon as they are reportedly “not ready yet”. They had broken up in 2009 after they had been together a year in may 2011 however Katrina did deny they were an item yet attacked Kris for being out with another woman. September 2011 Kris was also asked the same question and denied they were back together and stressed they were nothing more than friends. But did however reveal they were looking at getting married in 2009 before the breakup. Looks like recent events have shown that they are more than just good friends!

Kasambahay Bill - House Bill 1815
Democratic Independent Workers' Alliance (DIWA) party-list Rep. Emmeline Aglipay said the still unnumbered bill has gained the nod of the House Committee on Labor and Employment, which is chaired by Northern Samar Rep. Emil Ong.
The committee report on the consolidated "kasambahay" bill that seeks to provide a comprehensive package of benefits to household workers has been approved and is set to be transmitted to the plenary for discussions, one of the principal authors said Thursday.
"The committee report was passed," she told the Manila Bulletin. The approval of the committee report which consolidates the five bills was made during the House panel's hearing on Wednesday.
Following the approval, the committee report will be referred to the House Committee on Rules, headed by Majority Leader and Mandaluyong Rep. Neptali "Boyet" Gonzales II. Gonzales committee will calendar the pro-household workers' measure for plenary discussions.
Democratic Independent Workers' Alliance (DIWA) party-list Rep. Emmeline Aglipay principal author of House Bill 1815 or Magna Carta of Household Helpers, said they are awaiting the position paper to be submitted by employers representing the different homeowners' associations before they could draft the committee report and endorse the bill to the plenary for second reading. "I will make a motion next meeting that the committee secretary collates the position papers by March," she said.
Aglipay asked her colleagues to give due attention to the measure, which she hoped, will be passed within the 15th Congress. She cited that there is a "need to establish standards of protection to promote the welfare of domestic workers in our country."
The consolidated kasambahay bill, which seeks to protect the domestic workers from physical, emotional and sexual abuse, is among 24 priority measures which are eyed to be approved on third reading by the House of Representatives.
Among the benefits given to household workers under the measure are allowable days off and holidays, work contract, living quarters, food and medical provisions, Social Security System and PhilHealth coverage, annual salary increases and medical certificates.
The bill intends to benefit domestic workers numbering to about 600,000 to 2.5 million.
Meanwhile, one of the principal authors of the "Filipino-style" divorce bill is appealing to the House leaders not to close the chamber's doors to the measure which seeks to liberate couples who are in "unhappy and irreparable" marriages.
Gabriela party-list Rep. Luzviminda "Luz" Ilagan said it seems that the earlier announcement made by Speaker Feliciano "Sonny" Belmonte Jr. and Majority Leader and Mandaluyong City Rep. Neptali "Boyet" Gonzales II that House Bill 1799 she co-authored with Gabriela party-list Rep. Emmie de Jesus will not be passed in the 15th Congress is a "directive" that seeks the exclusion of the measure from the legislative priority agenda.

Heather Morris Glee nude scandal
Heather Morris, who plays the role of Britanny S. Pierce on U.S. hit series "Glee" posted naked pictures of herself on the Internet.
She posted the pictures in her MobileMe Gallery account. She still hasn't deleted the photos as of this posting!
Heather Elizabeth Morris (born February 1, 1987) is an American actress, dancer, and singer, best known for her role as the cheerleader Brittany S. Pierce in the musical comedy series
Morris was born in Thousand Oaks, California, and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona. She began dancing when she was one. Morris competed at a young age in a variety of styles including jazz, tap, and contemporary. Morris's father died of cancer when she was 14 years old. "It's something that is hard for me, because I'm sad about it, but I don't dwell on it," she said during an interview workshop with students in December 2009. "I know he's in a better place, instead of suffering." After graduating from Desert Mountain High School, Morris decided to enroll in a local university but realized she was in the wrong place so she moved to L.A. instead at age 19.
Morris' first significant appearance was in 2006 on So You Think You Can Dance Season 2 where she made the "green mile" or "Vegas Week" but failed to make the final 20 by a vote of 3-2.
Not discouraged, Morris moved to Los Angeles and actively pursued a career in dancing and was trained in jazz dance. Her big break came in 2007 via Beyoncé. Morris was one of Beyoncé's backup dancers on The Beyoncé Experience world tour and, following that, worked again with Beyoncé on a mini "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)" promotional tour that included 2008 performances on the American Music Awards, Saturday Night Live, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Today, and MTV's Total Request Live Finale. She also danced backup for Beyoncé and Tina Turner at the 50th Grammy Awards in 2008. She later appeared in a small role in the movie Fired Up, where she met choreographer Zach Woodlee. Following that film, Woodlee brought Morris in to dance on other shows he was choreographing, including episodes of Eli Stone and Swingtown, the movie Bedtime Stories, and eventually Glee.
In December 2010 Morris was named the Celebrity Style Ambassador for FLIRT! Cosmetics, an Estee Lauder cosmetics line.
In 2010 Morris made the Maxim Hot 100 list, coming in at number 85. On the AfterEllen hot 100 list she was ranked #2 behind Naya Rivera.
In 2011 Morris starred in a back-to-school commercial for Staples Canada that featured her dancing.
In the October 2011 issue of Fitness magazine, Heather Morris admitted that she has had her breast implants removed. She was quoted saying "Implants were something I thought I wanted when I was younger, and now I don't, It was hard being active with them, because my chest was always sore. It hurt a lot, and I didn't like always being in pain, so they had to go!" Her breast implant surgery was done sometime between her time on So You Think You Can Dance at age 18 and age 21 when she was a backup dancer for Beyoncé.

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez's scandal
The 17-year-old singer was spotted on a yacht with his bikini-clad girlfriend and JB went in for a cheeky squeeze which of course was captured by the paparazzi. Check out the Photos of Justin Bieber and Celena Gomez in Hawaii on other websites
After hitting the open ocean on jet skis, we see that Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber’s relationship has definitely moved past just holding hands.
The loved-up couple are taking a break from their busy lives of making millions of dollars and traveling the world by relaxing in Hawaii for a few days.
Did Justin's mom Pattie Lynn Mallette have to sign a permission ship first? He's in Hawaii grabbing onto his girlfriend's a*s like there's a damn magnet in her booty and he can't help himself. If the Biebs keeps these lil sex trips going, he's gonna be a baby daddy before he grows his first pube.
You take one look at Justin Bieber rubbing his scrawny bird's chest up against Selena Gomez's A-cup and that's all the confirmation we need that The Biebs and Ms. Gomez aren't just into sexting.
Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez canoodling on a yacht in St. Lucia. Justin Bieber wears sports black swim trunks, while Gomez wears a blue bikini. They are seen hugging, cuddling, snuggling and kissing, and in one shot, Justin has a hand on Gomez’s backside.
Over New Year’s weekend, Justin stayed active on Twitter, sending out messages of love to his fans.
“A lot of u are tweeting me about the TT #girlrespect so im gonna chime in,” he wrote. “All girls should feel beautiful. a real man knows to treat a lady like a queen. ur happiness comes from theirs. step up fellas. #girlrespect.”
When asked about his personal life last month, Justin brushed off the rumors about him dating Selena Gomez. “She’s really cool. She’s an amazing person,” he told MTV News. “I think that people are always gonna be interested in my personal life … but I gotta keep some things to myself. I’m just having fun being a teenager.”
