Despite the reports that the two have separated ways after Katrina got involved in the Hayden Kho scandal back in 2009, the sexy actress revealed in an interview with Ricky Lo that Kris has always been there for her.
It was in 2008 when Katrina and Kris went public with their relationship. The R&B singer even formally introduced Katrina to his family during a short vacation in the US in 2009. That same year, however, they broke up when Katrina got involved in the much talked about scandal.
But despite confirming the breakup, Kris still talked fondly of Katrina back then. He even admitted that they almost got married before they broke up in 2009.
During the interview with Ricky Lo, Katrina admitted that while she and Kris indeed separated for a short while, they decided to keep their reconciliation private to avoid further controversies.
But are they getting married now that they are again out with their relationship and with an unborn as the fruit of their love?
“Hindi pa kami handa,” Katrina told Ricky Lo. They don’t want to rush things just because she became pregnant.
Katrina also said that she indeed asked to be removed from My Beloved because she wanted to take care of herself and the baby she’s conceiving. The production, though, wouldn’t allow her because they need her for the character. It’s just okay for her to stay, though, but she doesn’t wanna be staying up late.
Good thing her character in My Beloved is also pregnant so her tummy won’t be a problem even if gets bigger as the days go by.
The singer has said he will take full responsibility for Halili and the unborn child, although not walking down the aisle to get married anytime soon as they are reportedly “not ready yet”. They had broken up in 2009 after they had been together a year in may 2011 however Katrina did deny they were an item yet attacked Kris for being out with another woman. September 2011 Kris was also asked the same question and denied they were back together and stressed they were nothing more than friends. But did however reveal they were looking at getting married in 2009 before the breakup. Looks like recent events have shown that they are more than just good friends!

The committee report on the consolidated "kasambahay" bill that seeks to provide a comprehensive package of benefits to household workers has been approved and is set to be transmitted to the plenary for discussions, one of the principal authors said Thursday.
"The committee report was passed," she told the Manila Bulletin. The approval of the committee report which consolidates the five bills was made during the House panel's hearing on Wednesday.
Following the approval, the committee report will be referred to the House Committee on Rules, headed by Majority Leader and Mandaluyong Rep. Neptali "Boyet" Gonzales II. Gonzales committee will calendar the pro-household workers' measure for plenary discussions.
Democratic Independent Workers' Alliance (DIWA) party-list Rep. Emmeline Aglipay principal author of House Bill 1815 or Magna Carta of Household Helpers, said they are awaiting the position paper to be submitted by employers representing the different homeowners' associations before they could draft the committee report and endorse the bill to the plenary for second reading. "I will make a motion next meeting that the committee secretary collates the position papers by March," she said.
Aglipay asked her colleagues to give due attention to the measure, which she hoped, will be passed within the 15th Congress. She cited that there is a "need to establish standards of protection to promote the welfare of domestic workers in our country."
The consolidated kasambahay bill, which seeks to protect the domestic workers from physical, emotional and sexual abuse, is among 24 priority measures which are eyed to be approved on third reading by the House of Representatives.
Among the benefits given to household workers under the measure are allowable days off and holidays, work contract, living quarters, food and medical provisions, Social Security System and PhilHealth coverage, annual salary increases and medical certificates.
The bill intends to benefit domestic workers numbering to about 600,000 to 2.5 million.
Meanwhile, one of the principal authors of the "Filipino-style" divorce bill is appealing to the House leaders not to close the chamber's doors to the measure which seeks to liberate couples who are in "unhappy and irreparable" marriages.
Gabriela party-list Rep. Luzviminda "Luz" Ilagan said it seems that the earlier announcement made by Speaker Feliciano "Sonny" Belmonte Jr. and Majority Leader and Mandaluyong City Rep. Neptali "Boyet" Gonzales II that House Bill 1799 she co-authored with Gabriela party-list Rep. Emmie de Jesus will not be passed in the 15th Congress is a "directive" that seeks the exclusion of the measure from the legislative priority agenda.

After hitting the open ocean on jet skis, we see that Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber’s relationship has definitely moved past just holding hands.
The loved-up couple are taking a break from their busy lives of making millions of dollars and traveling the world by relaxing in Hawaii for a few days.
You take one look at Justin Bieber rubbing his scrawny bird's chest up against Selena Gomez's A-cup and that's all the confirmation we need that The Biebs and Ms. Gomez aren't just into sexting.

Santiago said those attacking her personality as a senator-judge of the Senate impeachment court for scolding prosecution lawyer Vitaliano Aguirre on the Senate floor after covering his ears and talking back at her, are clearly violating the sub judice rule.
''This is a personality attack. They want me to change my personality. Hindi na possible 'yan because I was born this way,'' she said.
''Kaya wala silang karapatan na gumawa ng ganyang batikos. Because that is forbidden. Ngayon kung ang talagang judge is guilty let us say of misbehavior, what you do is you file a case in the supreme court for the removal of the judge or file a complaint,'' she said.
Though he has resigned as a member of the House prosecution panel, Aguirre would still suffer the penalty of his discourteous act against a senator-judge.
What penalty he would be made to bear would be deliberated on by senator-judges in a caucus which Senate Majority Leader Vicente Sotto III said will be held Tuesday.
Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile moved to cite Aguirre for contempt during the last impeachment trial of Chief Justice Renato C. Corona last Feb. 29 before going on a one-week break.
''Every time we do something with our lives, every time we make a difference, there are people who will be displeased. Normally (these are) people who are profiting from the status quo and do not want to be changed,'' Santiago said.
''I cannot please all other people all of the time. I'm only addressing my own constituents, the university students and urban professionals,'' she said.
